Have you ever felt that frustrating feeling of not having enough time to finish all your commitments in a day? It's impossible to get more than the fixed twenty-four hours in each day, and complaining about not having enough time won't magically create more time to finish everything we want to finish. So why does it seem like some people accomplish more and invest their time better than others? The answer is simply "their good time management." Good time management is one of the most useful life skills, and it can take you far in your life if you master it, both professionally and personally.
Tips and Guidance to Improve Time Management and Organization Skills:

Clearly Define Goals and Priorities
Before you can manage your time effectively and stay organized, you need to know what you are working on. This means setting clear goals for yourself, both short-term and long-term, and placing them as top priorities. This will help you focus on tasks and goals and achieve them easily.
Create a Schedule and Stick to It
Once you know your goals and priorities, create a schedule that allows you to work in an organized and coordinated manner. Use a calendar or planner to set tasks and appointments, and focus on allocating time for the most important tasks. Stick to your schedule as much as possible, but be flexible enough to adjust it as needed.
Use Technology to Help with Management

There are many applications and tools that can be used to help with time management and organization, such as electronic calendars, note-taking applications, task managers, and task organization applications. Use the tools that suit your needs and work style, and don't hesitate to update and modify them as needed.
Avoid Procrastination and Postponement
Procrastination and postponement are the biggest enemies of good time management and organization. If there is an annoying task waiting to be done, avoid postponing it and replace it with something that makes you more enthusiastic and active.
Wake Up Early

It is not possible to increase the number of hours in your day, but you can wake up a little earlier to make your day relatively longer than before. From an ideal physiological perspective, our bodies need to enjoy six to eight hours of restful sleep daily to have optimal energy levels. The mind and body can make better decisions and perform more efficiently when they are adequately rested.
Try to set fixed sleep and wake times every day, and start by setting your alarm fifteen minutes earlier than you used to - while maintaining the appropriate number of sleep hours - and you can then gradually increase the earliness of your wake-up time. You can use this extra early time to practice a light sport for revitalization, or for meditation or setting priorities for the day, or even for practicing one of your favorite hobbies, and gradually your daily productivity will increase little by little.
Don't Distract Yourself Between More Than One Task at the Same Time
Some people often pride themselves on their ability to handle many different tasks at the same time, but the truth is that there is some bad news for them. According to some recent studies, only a minority of individuals can truly multitask effectively. As for the vast majority of the remaining people, multitasking is actually a waste of their time and a reduction in the quality of their work, and therefore a reduction in their overall productivity.
Things That Cause Time Wasting

Try to stay away from things that distract you from doing important work, as this increases the likelihood of losing many hours of time. Examples of distractions that you cannot do without throughout your day are: (mobile phone). Therefore, it is best to keep your phone away and put it in any remote place when you are doing important work, or close all phone applications in addition to suspending it on silent mode.
