Qatar gathers the world at the Food Festival... Here are the details

Visit Qatar officially concluded the fifteenth edition of the Qatar International Food Festival, which was held in the 974 Stadium area, bringing down the curtain on one of the most prestigious cultural festivals in the State of Qatar.

The opening ceremony, which launched the festival's activities, was attended by a number of senior officials, partners and guests, and included a distinguished cultural program that combined authenticity and diversity, including a performance of Qatari Fijiri art, one of the traditional singing arts that was associated with divers in the past, along with Canadian and Mexican cultural performances in celebration of the Qatar – Canada and Mexico Year of Culture, followed by the official opening show of the festival.

The 2026 edition of the Qatar International Food Festival presented an expanded program that included a selection of local and international restaurants, live cooking shows, and recreational activities dedicated to families, in addition to new additions that included the festival museum and its store.

The festival's distinctive experiences returned alongside new events, most notably the "Open Fire Festival" presented by international star Steve Harvey, in addition to the QIFF Ring, the QIFF Juniors area, and the "Dinner in the Sky" event, which enhanced the festival's position as a platform for creativity in culinary arts and cultural exchange.

The festival's activities concluded today with dazzling fireworks and drone shows, which lit up the sky of Stadium 974, announcing the conclusion of a successful edition of the Qatar International Food Festival for 2026, after days full of unique cultural and taste experiences.
