Heenat Salma Farm produces a wide range of vegetables, crops, and herbs, including aromatic herbs "parsley, mint, coriander, dill, basil" and root crops "different types of onions, radishes, carrots, in addition to salads, arugula, and turnips", as well as vegetables such as: "zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, okra, cucumber, cabbage, and corn."
